Fully retired and discarded by his son’s family, former yakuza boss Ryuzo (Tatsuya FUJI), is living a boring life. Sick and tired of being regarded as “old” and after conned by a man claiming to be his son’s employer, he calls on his former lieutenant Masa (Masaomi KONDO) for some drinks. Both are grumpy, conversing about the good old days and yakuza brothers from their past; Mokichi the Toilet Assassin (Akira NAKAO), Mac the Quick Shooter, Ichizo the Cane Man…
Fueled by sake, the two decide to organize a reunion. Five or so turn out, and unanimously agree to once again form a yakuza clan of the best – the Yakuza Hall of Fame. But what begins as a laughing stock, quickly finds itself squeezed by the shady organization KEIHIN UNITED, setting off a turf war that leads to a showdown between the old and the young.

かつてはやくざの組長として畏れ慕われ龍三(藤竜也)だが、いまは元若頭のマサ(近藤正臣)とつるんで遊ぶのが唯一の楽しみの隠居老人であり、息子・龍平(勝村政信)の家に肩身の狭い思いで身を寄せている。そんなある日、龍平一家の留守を預かってる間にオレオレ詐欺に引っかかったことをきっかけに、暴走族上がりの西（安田顕）をトップとする京浜連合と因縁めいた関係になっていく。龍三は、「若いヤツらに勝手な真似はさせられねぇ」と昔の仲間に召集をかけ、どうせ先は長くないのだからと盛り上がった勢いで“一龍会”を結成。京浜連合をことごとく邪魔しまくるのだった。やがて西たち半グレは、調子に乗り始めたジジイたちを疎ましく思うようになり、一龍会vs.京浜連合の対立は龍三や子分の家族を巻き込み一大騒動へと発展していく……。
